Rental Operator

If so our Rental Operator position might be the perfect job for you. With no two days the same, our Rental Operators are right at the forefront of Apex Car Rental's determination to provide customer service which is second to none and great value for all their customers.
You will work closely with customers both face to face and over the phone to facilitate the car rental experience, giving expert advice in a friendly and positive manner.
Based in a busy office environment, the ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the brand and the company. Providing excellent customer service skills and a proven ability for time management and prioritisation.
Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred but not essential. Apex Car Rental will in turn offer you full training, fantastic career opportunities and an attractive salary and benefits package.
